The fastening system Valex 3000 for indirect fixing has been studied above all for crane rails but it can be used with very positive results also for fixing train rail. It is a very simple, rugged, reliable fastening system that can be used with any type of crane independently of the driving system used.
The main features are: easy positioning and installation welding of the lower part of the clip to the rail support without access difficulties; the two parts of the clip are locked together tightening one or two bolts; the clip has been used for years throughout the world in the most demanding conditions with great success
The base clip must be placed against the rail (tolerance 1-2 mm). Welding of the base: weld the two perpendicular sides and the external side opposite to the rail with either electrode or rod.
