The fastening system Valex 5000 for indirect fixing has been studied above all for crane rails but it can be used with very positives results also for fixing train rails. It is a very rugged, reliable fastening system that can be used with any type of crane independently of the driving system used.
The main features are: elastic fastening of rails with or without pad; system made up of two interacting elements that allow an easy lateral adjustment of the rail; the two parts of the clip are locked together tightening one or two bolts; the elastomer nose increases the tolerances rail support structure, reduces the stress of the connections, allows a better fixing of the rail.
Place the base in contact with the rail at the distance indicated in the technical cards. Weld the two perpendicular sides of the base and the external side opposite to the rail with electrode or rod.
Insert the screw in the base. Place the upper part of the system, the washer and the nut. Proceed to a light tightening. Control the line up of the rails. Complete the tightening.
